All of the instructors will hold an associates degree and relevant field experience.
The program is a combination of the students taking for credit classes which can lead to a certificate, technical certificate, or associates degree. The associates also are studying under qualified employees within the company.
Participants have to be approved by HR before starting the program. Associates can start program at any time.
