Our Program Director has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing while our CNA lead instructor is a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Indiana State approved Certified Nurses Assistant class, which will prepare the student to test and become a CNA in the State of Indiana. The student will receive 30 hours of classroom instruction which will review the basics of caring for another human, state regulations and how to maintain the certification. The clinical sites will be supervised by our staff and each student will perform the state regulated "Resident Care Procedures" during the 75 hours at our approved clinical sites, Lincolnshire Memory Care & Byron Wellness Center.
Must be able to read and write English as well as do basic Math, a pre test is given.
Deadlines are 1 week prior to class to ensure all requirements for the state of Indiana are met.
