The Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) course prepares individuals to safely administer medicationsunder the supervision of licensed nursing staff in long-term care and other healthcare settings. The course provides instruction in medication administration,procedures safety protols, documentation, legal and ethical responsibilites, and patient observation and reporting. This training aligns with in -demand healthcare occupations by equipping entry- level workerss with sepcialized skills needed to support nursing teams, enhance patient care, and meet growing workforce needs in long-term and assisted living facilities.
