Program Description:

Goodwill of Michiana's 6 week Customer Service and Sales Training is designed to prepare individuals for a career in the retail and service field. The program includes 12 hours of in class work and approximately 20 hours of paid in store training per week. Graduates earn a certification of completion and their Customer service and sales certified specialist certificate.
